About Us

Who Are We

Nurture Aid Initiative for Rohingya (NAIR) is a refugee-led organization founded and run by Rohingya refugees in Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh. Our organization was created with a simple but powerful goal: to support vulnerable Rohingya families and help the community build a more hopeful and dignified future.

As members of the refugee community ourselves, we understand the daily challenges faced by displaced families, including limited access to education, protection, opportunities, and basic support. This lived experience allows us to respond with empathy, trust, and a deep understanding of community needs.

Through education, emergency relief, community empowerment, advocacy, and humanitarian action, NAIR works to create meaningful and lasting change while strengthening hope, resilience, and dignity among Rohingya refugees.
