Nurture Aid Initiative for Rohingya (NAIR) is a Rohingya-led community-based non-profit organization dedicated to supporting vulnerable Rohingya refugees living in Cox’s Bazar refugee camps in Bangladesh. Nurture Aid Initiative for Rohingya (NAIR) is a refugee-led organization founded and run by Rohingya refugees in Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh. Our organization was created with a simple but powerful goal: to support vulnerable Rohingya families and help the community build a more hopeful and dignified future.
As members of the refugee community ourselves, we understand the daily challenges faced by displaced families, including limited access to education, protection, opportunities, and basic support. This lived experience allows us to respond with empathy, trust, and a deep understanding of community needs.
Through education, emergency relief, community empowerment, advocacy, and humanitarian action, NAIR works to create meaningful and lasting change while strengthening hope, resilience, and dignity among Rohingya refugees.

Nurture Aid Initiative for Rohingya (NAIR) is a community-based Rohingya organization committed to improving the lives of displaced and vulnerable refugees in Cox’s Bazar. Founded and led by Rohingya community members, NAIR focuses on education support, humanitarian response, youth engagement, protection awareness, skills development, and peacebuilding initiatives.
We believe every individual deserves access to learning, safety, dignity, and the opportunity to build a hopeful future despite the challenges of displacement.
