About us
Who we are
We are a team of youth change-makers who believe that every helping hand can raise the refugees and create a better future for them.
Life in the Rohingya refugee camps is filled with struggle and uncertainty. Children grow up without access to proper education, youth face hopelessness and lack direction, parents feel powerless to provide for their families, and entire communities remain vulnerable to disasters and shortages. Against this backdrop, Nature Aid Initiative for Rohingya (NAIR) was born—to stand beside the Rohingya people with compassion, dignity, and hope.
Through education, NAIR creates safe learning spaces where children can read, write, and dream of a better future beyond the camp fences. Through life skills training, we guide young people to build resilience, confidence, and purpose, equipping them to make positive choices and strengthen their community. With capacity building programs, we restore dignity to adults by giving them vocational and leadership training, helping them rediscover their strengths and reduce dependence on aid. And when disasters strike, NAIR provides emergency reliefs food, water, shelter, hygiene kits, and medical support while also preparing communities to face future crises with courage.
At its heart, NAIR is not just about services it is about standing together as one community. We believe every Rohingya child deserves the chance to learn, every youth deserves the chance to grow, and every family deserves to live with dignity. With hope as our guide, we work hand in hand with the Rohingya people to turn hardship into resilience and despair into a future of possibilities.
We now run shelter homes, schools and a reasonable mess that helps such needy young people. We also have our helpline offices spread throughout the country so one can approach us anytime they need help.
